Client Services – Full Time
Hourly - $15.00 to $17.00 Hour

These include consultation and service provisions to area schools, other community agencies, groups and individuals, as well as other cooperative prevention efforts.
Primary Duties:
Job Summary: The Client Service Coordinator I provides client support services in and accurate and timely manner. The Client Service Coordinator I position requires the employee to exhibit knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures in compliance with COMAR 10.21.21 and 10.21.29.
The duties and responsibilities of the Client Service Coordinator I position includes but is not inclusive of or limited to the following:
- Ensure compliance with COMAR 10.21.21 and 10.21.29, contract terms, policies, and procedures.
- Work cooperatively with family and professionals to coordinate services with other agencies and programs in the best interest of the client.
- Receive and process referrals
- Submit initial and concurrent authorizations through Beacon Health Options
- Assign Intakes to Intake Coordinators for completion
- Review completed intakes and annual assessments for accuracy
- Assign, receive, track and monitor Rehabilitation Plans
- Contact via telephone and interest letter and/or assign interim visits to client’s with “On Hold” status to encourage re-engagement
- Collaborate with therapists to ensure client therapy compliance
- Process DLA-20 document for client concurrent authorization
- Participate in mandatory staff meetings as requested
- Handling client crisis, issues, questions, and concerns
- Complete monthly group calendars and manage the group transportation logs.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
AA degree; or High School Diploma or its equivalent and 21 years or older; Able to communicate professionally verbally and in writing; Computer literate; Ability to work independently.
