Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering & triaging calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
  • Determining optimal staffing match, managing client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed and caregivers arrive on time for their assignments
  • Serving as one of the main/initial points of contact for caregivers to coordinate rescheduling shift vacancies
  • Ability to be on a on-call for after business hour calls and scheduling modifications
  • Ensuring caregiver compliance with time reporting systems/processes for accurate billing and payroll or any care note submissions
  • Maintaining regular documentation and ongoing note-keeping of employee & client activities
  • Point person on all Client Related issues for cases under your caseload
  • Participate in initial and ongoing client and caregiver meetings
  • Staff cases matched by clients' needs, caregivers' skills, experience, availability, and personality
  • Evaluate client and employee satisfaction to effectively resolve complaints and incidents
  • Reviewing job board for qualified candidates and screening resumes for applicable skills
  • Conducting telephone and in-person interviews
  • Maintaining paperwork and checklists for candidates throughout onboarding
  • Designing or enhancing job descriptions as the company grows and changes
  • Sourcing, Posting and maintaining job openings on multiple platforms; databases, and social media
  • Building relationships with community partners, past caregivers and current caregivers in order to uncover pipeline opportunities
  • Communicating with HR Manager to determine headcount needs weekly
  • Building employee files to hand off to HR Manager after orientation
  • Increasing caregiver hires, developing a productive recruitment pipeline, and differentiates Hands from the Heart in the employment market.
  • Making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and works to source candidates in a variety of web-based talent portals.
  • Facilitating the hiring process for candidates in the talent pipeline and collaborates with the Operations Manager to retain care staff.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
  • Bachelor degree is preferred
  • Prior knowledge of/experience with HHAx preferred
  • Prior home care experience required
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
