Client Service Specialist
The Client Service Specialist (CSS) will support the entire team but will have significant focus on the planning process and will work directly with the firm's Para-Planners and Financial Advisors. CSS’s must have outstanding professional appearance, be extremely punctual, maintain a great attitude, and be willing to do whatever it takes to make the client experience over the top while maintaining company protocol.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
· Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
· Superior client service skills
**Must be willing and able to become licensed in Health and Life Insurance and become appointed with multiple insurance carriers within the first 6 months of employment

Core Competencies:

· Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and follow-through.
· Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
· Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
· Significant attention to detail is required.
· Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. and additionally some evenings and weekends for client events, marketing events, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
·Oversee the Client Review Process
· Establish Investment accounts
· Establish Insurance accounts
· Accurately allocate and reallocate funds with retirement plan data and products relating to such
· Meets with clients to assist Advisors- takes notes, follows processes and protocol, prepares documents, follows up with clients, processes client requests, etc.
· Assist in maintaining Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status.
· Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.
· Prepares meeting materials for client reviews.
· Assist with keeping inventory of all office supplies for the Planning Department.
· Records notes at various meetings and archives them accordingly.
· Develops and maintains accurate written record of all activities using CRM database.
· Performs all other assigned duties.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
