Pay: $16.50 (with preformance based pay)

Hours: Full time, M-F between 8-5

Location: Employment will begin in-office, with the option to move to hybrid-remote after meeting team's standards.

Client Support Specialist

Description:

Activations Client Specialists coordinate with clients and the appropriate parties to make for a smoother activation or deactivation process. You will be responsible for fielding questions and issues from clients to then research the appropriate response or action. Then you will coordinate between the client, team members, utility providers or tenants, to work out a solution. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be a direct reflection of how they view the company. Come join a successful team dedicated to quality work and true client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and respond to all direct correspondence with the clients that are sent.
  • Coordinate conversations between clients and team members.
  • Responsible for calling and responding to direct calls from Utility Coordinators.
  • Participating in weekly and otherwise scheduled client calls, as needed.
  • Fill out the client disconnect doc as new requests come in.
  • Research and document any client disconnects
  • Provide high level summary of the disconnect and resolution.
  • Stay in the loop with team struggles/successes by attending market meetings
  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

Details:

  • Phone use:
    • Medium (25% of work day)
    • Inbound and Outbound to utility providers and clients, usually escalated situations from team
