Summary
Under the supervision of the PACE Director of Clinical Services and under the direction of primary care, this position is responsible for determining participant needs, coordinating, monitoring, and providing clinical treatment and services
required by PACE participants.
Essential Duties
1. Administers medications and maintains medication system including over the counter medications, contingency and emergency medication supply participants under clinic standards of practice and within scope of licensure.
2. Completes transcription and follow-ups of medical orders.
3. Assists with wound care and maintaining wound records/documentation.
4. Completes daily nursing tasks, preparing clinic for patients to be seen by provider.

Education & Experience
 Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
 Current LPN Oregon License.
 Current BLS Card.
 Valid Oregon Driver’s License with vehicle insurance.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical
situations.
Computer Skills
Job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by e-mail and use
scheduling software.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and work with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
