- Continuously manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic(s).
- Frequently prepares and recommends clinic budget, goals and objectives; taking into consideration input from physicians and clinic staff members.
- Continuously oversees personnel matters finance patient business services, patient care services, professional support services, and public relations.
- Continuously coordinates physicians and clinic schedules.
- Continuously plans, organizes, and coordinates delivery of healthcare to insure efficiency and quality of service is delivered within all sections of the clinic.
- Continuously maintains established departmental policies and procedures, and quality assurance program.
- Continuously maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
- Performs other related work as required.

Under the direction of the Physician Practice Administrator, the Clinic Manager is responsible for the daily administrative and technical support of the clinic. The Clinic Manager shall perform these duties with a continuing awareness of the internal and external needs and expectations of their customers and always seeking to identify opportunities for improvement.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of increasing responsibility in a clinic or ambulatory setting. Preference will be given to candidate with a minimum of 3 years managerial experience.
PLANNING
Planning and prioritizing daily duties, planning and organizing projects, planning work schedules to maintain adequate clinic schedule to allow for meetings, in-services, and continuing education of staff. Planning of annual budget.
DECISION MAKING
Decisions require resource allocations, efficient and effective staffing levels, daily problem solving, and operational issues.
