Bloom Healthcare, a local leader in population health management, home based primary care, and hospice, is seeking a detail oriented, strategic seller to join our Colorado Springs/Monument/Castle Rock/Highlands Ranch sales team.
As a Clinical Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of Bloom's market strategy
- Oversight and management of all respective call points in the territory: Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, as well as all outside care and referral partners (home health, hospice, etc)
- Will perform hospice admissions and support hospice census and growth within our communities (must be a Registered Nurse)
- Successfully obtaining monthly, quarterly, and annual budget numbers and quotas ensuring the growth of the organization
- Educating and meeting face to face with our patients, their families, and referral partners to assist them through the enrollment process
Clinical Ambassador Requirements:
- Must hold and maintain a valid Registered Nursing license for the state of Colorado
- Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Assisted Living, Hospital, Home Health, Hospice, and/or like industry is preferred.
- Hospice experience is preferred
- Proven track record of success in multiple sales roles
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work in US
