Are you an accomplished professional in your field who wants to give back to your community? Joining Carrington College as an Instructor is a great way to make a real impact on the next generation. Faculty members are primarily responsible for the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Faculty members facilitate and ensure student learning and mastery of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes as defined in the curriculum and course syllabi. Instructors are supported and supervised by the Academic Dean, Program Director and/or Campus Director.

What We Offer: Flexible schedules, full-time and part-time, leadership opportunities, professional development, and you teach the future professionals of the communities we serve. The salary range is $80,000 - $90,000. Our benefits program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts. You will accrue two to three weeks of paid vacation in your first five years with eleven paid holidays. We offer state-compliant sick leave, disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. We offer a 401k profit-sharing plan with a discretionary match and tuition assistance to employees and their family members beginning your first day of employment. Relocation may be available.

Some of the great work you'll do includes:

• In charge of Clinical Instructors
• Training Clinical Instructors
• Evaluate Clinical Instructors at Clinical sites
• Send student emails on how to get exchange, do visit class
• Create clinical rotation for students that have clinical component pediatric/med surg
• Maintaining relationships with community and develop rapport with directors
• Estimated 200 students
• Sending communication to students/faculty didactic
• Liaison student injury/ behavior issue
• Finding faculty to cover rotations
• Tracking compliance - student immunization
• Monitor weekly clinical attendance
• Acquire new sites and develop new sites

Do you qualify? Yes, if you have experience in your field! Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field and meet the below qualifications:

• Masters in Nursing
• 3 years of RN experience
• RN Licensure in the state of Idaho
