Position Summary:

We are seeking a full time IT Coordinator to join our team. This will be an office-based position in our headquarters office in Dallas. The IT Coordinator supports the Product Manager with performing both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of all companies IT equipment.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Maintain company IT equipment including ordering, configuration, and maintenance
• Maintain an inventory of all company electronic assets
• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
• Institute protocols and policies for the use of IT across all departments
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, and training for company staff
• Assess technical problems, make recommendations for appropriate hardware, external software, and design solutions
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
• Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills and knowledge:

• 2+ years proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role
• Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
• Experience with MS Teams
• Experience administrating Office365 is required
• Relevant technical certifications appreciated
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
