We are currently seeking a Front Office Liaison (Full Time). This is an in-person position at one of our location in Flagstaff, AZ.
We are seeking to hire a clinical liaison who will be responsible for assisting with administrative duties at our facility. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. You will be responsible for obtaining patient records and test results, coordinating daily administrative tasks, preparing treatment rooms for examinations, and directly assisting our practitioners. To be successful in this role, a basic understanding of patient care and medical terminology will be a huge advantage for you. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $18.00 -$20.00 per hour
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Certified Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant (Preferred)
- Behavioral/Mental Health Experience (Preferred)
- Medical Office Experience (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Preferred)

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Answer incoming phone calls and return calls when indicated
- Directly interact with patients
- Collaborate with your assigned provider
- Schedule appointments
- Perform data entry
- Measure and record vital signs
- Clean exam rooms
- Document basic medical history and other pertinent information
- Update and file medical records
- Distribute/retrieve correspondence letters, consents, release of information, etc.

This is not a remote position; the job will be at our Flagstaff, AZ location.
