ABOUT US:

Royal Health Group is a family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest standards of personal care for our residents. Royal owns skilled nursing facilities in multiple locations including South Shore, Cape Cod, and Rhode Island.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate new referral leads at assigned accounts.

Reports to the Vice President of Business Development.

Perform clinical assessments for patients referred to Royal facilities for clinical and financial acceptance by way of patients medical record review.

Serve as a liaison between referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and elder care professionals.

Coordinate Hospital discharges and ensure a smooth transition to Royal Health Nursing Centers.

Collaborate with internal personnel at Royal Skilled Nursing Centers ensuring a smooth discharge from the referral source to the Center.

Convert potential referrals to admissions to ensure each Center can meet and exceed set targets and sales goals.

Conduct comprehensive pre-admission screening including a thorough review of the financial and clinical needs of potential admissions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Thorough understanding of industry referral and payor sources.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Possess strong clinical assessment abilities.

Knowledge of SNF industries and PDPM.

Healthcare marketing experience.
