The Clinical Manager for KVC Missouri provides clinical supervision to therapists working in residential and day treatment milieus and will oversee all therapeutic care for clients and families. The Clinical Manager will continue to help build a system that is trauma sensitive, safe, secure and stable; family centered, inclusive, connected to the community; and which relies on evidence based practice necessary to support clinical services.
Education for Clinical Manager: Master's Degree in Social Work, family therapy, counseling or psychology from an accredited college or university.
Licensure/Certification for Clinical Manager: LMSW or LSCSW and/or another permanent and approved license with the Missouri Division of Professional Registration to practice in the capacity of this position. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience Requirements for Clinical Manager: Minimum of three years supervised experience in providing individual, family and group therapy to children and/or adolescents. Documented course work in child/adolescent development and individual, family and group counseling. Requires intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook email.

Base Salary starts at $53,000-$56,000 annually, depending on education and experience.
