PROVAIL has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Services Coordinator I to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for performing scheduling, the client intake processes, and providing excellent customer service. As a member of our Mobility and Communication team, you will be helping to support our outpatient speech, occupational, & assistive technology clinical services, school services, as well as other mission-based services.
This is a full time entry level position located in our Seattle office, and is on-site.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage, monitor and schedule, intakes, assessments and evaluations
  • Ensure all required documentation is received for services
  • Work with the clinical team to ensure proper scheduling of clients
  • Monitor Authorizations and following appropriate clinical guidelines for visits
  • Manage phone, email, and fax communications to the appropriate party internally and externally for the company for the M&C department
  • Performing front desk operations with exceptional customer service and effective interaction with clients, visitors, staff and the broader community.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring:

  • High school or equivalent experience
  • Some experience in the healthcare field or commensurate experience preferred.
  • Some experience with scheduling, e.g. google calendar, other electronic scheduling systems for multiple clinicians/individuals preferred.
  • Some experience with the medical front office and HIPAA preferred.
  • Keen ability to organize and maintain data within an outpatient healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to time manage and prioritize tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Prior experience with electronic scheduling, scheduling in a multiple provider medical practice, medical records, medical billing, authorizations and insurance verifications is a plus.
