Do YOU have a flair for Aged Care? If so, join our Residential Services team at Lovell House Caulfield. You’ll be part of a diverse, engaging and collaborative culture that is guided by our values of respect, responsibility, community and spirit. You will manage all aspects of clinical care for the facility and be a key support to the Residential Manager.

As an experienced and passionate Clinical Services Manager, your ‘typical day’ will have you:
  • Providing excellent, person-centred resident care in relation to each individual's needs
  • Supporting the Residential Manager with the general management of the facility and stepping up and relieving the Residential Manager in their absence
  • Regularly undertaking resident and family consultations regarding all clinical care
  • Responsible for up-to-date and accurate ACFI documentation to achieve desired organisational targets
  • Overseeing quality management required to comply with the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of the facility’s strategic business plan and annual budget
  • Co-managing and leading a diverse team of staff to provide the highest quality of service and care to our residents
  • Conducting formal performance appraisals and developing learning plans with individual team members
  • Achieving all clinical, quality, ACFI and business outcomes and KPIs

To thrive in this role you will have:
  • Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, advanced nursing or a related discipline
  • Understanding the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration, is essential
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
  • Ability to lead, mentor and support clinical staff effectively
  • Demonstrated strength in continuous improvement and quality systems
  • Critical thinking skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Formal qualifications in management or related discipline (desirable)
