Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team at Wilder in providing clinical service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come! We want your expertise! Wilder provides robust clinical oversight and training as part of our efforts to enhance the proficiency of new staff, pre-licensed therapists, and trainees. We are hiring a full-time mental health professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) to be a Clinical Supervisor to unlicensed staff and trainees who give mental health assessments and therapy to children, adults and their families. The Clinical Supervisor would also provide direct care to their own client caseload in addition to their supervision/teaching responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have a passion for serving individuals and families in our community, and in providing trauma informed, culturally responsive mental health treatment.

Wilder is a first-implementer Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). As part of this innovative model of mental health care, you will collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families. Job Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT or LP) and Board approved as a Clinical Supervisor. 3-5 years’ post graduate experience providing mental health assessments and therapy to children, adults and families required. Previous experience providing clinical supervision and administrative experience also required. Applicants bilingual in English, Hmong, Spanish, Karen, Somali strongly preferred. Interest in working with LGBTQ+ is encouraged.
