Orchard Blue Counseling Services (OBC) is based in New York state while providing remote mental health to residents of New York and New Jersey.

OBC is committed to providing culturally affirming holistic psychotherapy to diverse communities while holding space for BIPOC people with compassion and awareness of their total being.

As specialists in children and teens, OBC curated a wellness community where they can develop a healthy self-esteem and skills to manage difficult emotions. We also provide services to adults with a focus on Millennials and Gen Z.

OBS is seeking culturally affirming and ethical clinical psychotherapists who understands the importance of creating a safe healing space for all clients inclusive of Black and Brown people. This therapist will provide the necessary remote clinical treatment our clients require who are dealing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, ADHD and more.

REQUIREMENTS

• 20 hours of billable service per week.
• Must reside in New York
• Access to Wi-Fi and Laptop/PC
• Excellent Professional Etiquettes
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Excellent Computer skills
• Must be willing to provide therapy to a combination of children, teens and adults.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete timely documentation
• Conduct initial and annual clinical assessments
• Conduct weekly remote psychotherapy
• Participate in supervision
• Schedule ongoing sessions and client follow-up
• Refer clients out for appropriate services
• Participate in monthly staff meetings
• Complete state and licensure boards' mandatory trainings
• Remain culturally affirming and compassionate in delivery of treatment
• Other contractual obligations apply

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 1 year relatable experience
• Must hold a MSW or MHC degree
• Knowledge and experiences of clinical documentation
• Fluent in English

PREFERRED

LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LPCC
