As a program manager at Booz Allen, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading a team. Your clients will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader in the health market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, and reviewing contracts. You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with managing, reviewing, curating, and analyzing clinical trials data, including in a policy analytics role

• 1+ years of experience with managing programs and projects

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Master’s degree

• Project Management Professional Certification
