Job Responsibilities

The Service and Parts Coordinator will provide the highest level of customer service to our customers regarding service requests, parts orders, and product information. The successful candidate will answer customer requests via email and phone calls and help them with value-added solutions. The candidate will respond to customer requests and provide information that helps solve their requests. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

• Creating Cases that accurately record the customer’s request.
• Provide feedback to customers on the status of their request.
• Schedule Service Technicians to jobs based on technical competencies and geographical areas.
• Utilize machine tool manuals, online information, and vendor resources to research machine parts by model and serial number.
• Create quotes for parts and estimates for service.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.
  

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills, a background in customer service and a passion for problem solving. The candidate must be a team-player, have strong organizational skills, good time management, and the ability to prioritize while being mindful of details. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including word processing, spreadsheets, and other related business programs.
