Anytime Fitness - MKE (Water Street) is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.

Requirements and Responsibilities: To be considered for this position, you must have a great personality and have a passion for helping others achieve their goals. We need someone who is enthusiastic with everybody. If you don’t like to talk to people and are afraid of the telephone, then this is not the right position for you. Previous sales and marketing experience is required. Experience in health and fitness is a plus. Must be able to work independently, as well as operate within a team atmosphere

Duties: The Club Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the facility and it is an environment that changes pretty quickly, so flexibility is needed. Other duties are included, but not limited to those listed below.

Membership Sales

• Membership sales and tours
• Prospective lead generation and follow up
• Current member renewals

Club Marketing

• Manage promotions and events to prospective and current members
• Build and maintain club culture
• Create brand awareness through marketing, partnerships, and community involvement
• Manage Social Media content

Administrative/Management

• Working with MS Office suite for record keeping, including Excel and Outlook
• Working with web-based software for data-entry, scheduling, and account management
• Cleaning and organizing as needed

Customer Service/Networking

• Responding to inquiries via email, telephone and in-person from members and non-members
• Making sure each and every member has the best experience possible every time they come into the facility
• Great club culture is one of the most important aspects of this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
