The Cove at Grace Barker Health - 86 bed short and long term care facility located in Warren, RI. The facility has been family owned and operated since 1966. Now on our third generation of family ownership!
We are seeking a fun and energetic CNA to join our team at Grace Barker Health! The position includes assisting residents with care needs and assisting with activity programs throughout the day/evening. This includes assisting with meals, toileting needs, keeping residents engaged in meaningful activity programs and POC charting abilities (on the job training provided). Interested candidates should be willing to work as a team, be familiar with long term care residents, as well as be reliable, and dependable.
All candidates must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
**We are NOT on a direct bus route, so reliable transportation is needed**
