We at Yucca Senior Living are in search of someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and sensitive enough when it comes to our patients' needs. Someone who is determined to make a difference and give meaning to the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for offering quality of life services, as well as assisting with developing and administering activities for our residents.
Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant include:
- Assisting residents with performing activities of everyday living including bathing, eating, dressing, and more.
- Be responsive to patient calls for treatment and support and to alert medical staff in the case of an emergency.
- Deliver the correct meals to all residents and make sure that they are able to eat them at the appropriate temperatures.
- Encourage residents to engage in facility activities and community events.
- Engage in various housekeeping tasks related to the patient including replacing bedding, cleaning patient rooms and more
Requirements of a Certified Nursing Assistant include:
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
- Interest in acquiring CNA license
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent manners and behavior
Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour
