JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Current State CNA certification
- Ability to provide basic nursing care to the elderly.
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisor, Health Center employees.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
- Ability to lift, move and transfer residents while providing nursing care.
- Ability to work multiple shifts(flexible schedule)
Preferred
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Knowledge/experience in bedside nursing preferred.
