Marshfield Medical Center - Beaver Dam will be hosting a CNA Class starting in December 2022

• $500 bonus upon completion of the course and passing of the Wisconsin competency exam
• 1 year commitment to MCHS

Includes 40 hours of online learning followed by 40 hours of live skills education and clinical training, Monday - Friday, at Hillside Manor. Upon class completion, graduates must work a minimum of every other weekend at Hillside Manor, Eagle’s Wings, or Remembrance Home. Full- and Part-time hours are available after class completion.

The Pre-Certified Nursing Assistant is accountable for the provision and promotion of quality service to the population of Hillside Manor Nursing Home and practices within corporate policy and nursing standards under the supervision of the RN and LPN. The Pre-Certified Nursing Assistant will work under the direction of the CNA or Instructor at all times.

Must be at least 18 years old or turning 18 within the next 30 days to enroll in the CNA class. Those under the age 18 may not commence in clinical work until 18 years of age. CNA Certification required within 120 day of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.
