Important Tasks and Responsibilities

• Utilize CNC machinery as required to swiftly generate the requisite quantity of conforming parts in accordance with the process documentation. This will include running several CNC pieces of machinery at once.
• It's an advantage, but not necessary, to have the ability to quickly and correctly establish jobs in allocated equipment.
• Utilizing micrometers, calipers, comparators, different gauges, and CMM equipment in accordance with the process documentation, perform first piece, in-process, and last piece inspection.
• Follow the instructions in our eOVL for the data collecting and communication duties.
• Carry out operator upkeep (TPM).
• Determine and address any tool or equipment problems.
• Deburr or rework work that is currently being done.
• Make suggestions for enhancing and optimizing the given processes.
• Maintain the 5S standards at your workstation.
• Adhere to the company's safety guidelines for every work.

Requirements

• Use of optical comparators, coordinate measuring instruments, and common measuring equipment (CMM).
• Communication and teamwork abilities are tied to customer satisfaction and ongoing progress.

knowledge of interpreting designs to GD&T specifications.

• Simple computing abilities.
• The capacity to carry out simple shop math operations.
• Compliance with customer rules and procedures for working with sensitive controlled data and materials.
• Lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis. Every now and again, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Long periods of standing are required in a production setting. Bend, kneel, and twist.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Wages commensurate with experience, starting at $17 per hour with $1.25 3rd shift premium. We offer day-one benefits for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. We also offer 13 paid holidays, 24 hours sick pay, and two weeks’ vacation.

Salary info:

$17 - $23 / hr
