· Must have own tools.
· Must be able to perform own set-ups.
· Able to edit programs manually, set origins and offsets.
· Is able to hold tolerances of +/- .0005 or better.
· Familiar with print reading and GD&T.
· Reliable and efficient with a good work ethic.
· Familiar with HAAS and Matsuura.
· Able to diagnose/troubleshoot standard manufacturing issues.
· Proficient with work holding methods.
· 10 + years’ work experience.
OD/ID CNC Grinder…
o Must have own tools.
o Must be able to perform own set-ups.
o Able to edit programs manually, set origins and offsets.
o Is able to hold tolerances of +/- .0002 or better.
o Familiar with print reading and GD&T.
o Reliable and efficient with a good work ethic.
o Familiar with Okamoto and Toyoda CNC grinders.
o Able to diagnose/troubleshoot standard manufacturing issues associated with grinding.
o Proficient with work holding methods and grinding wheel selection specific for materials.
o 10/15 + years work experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
