Collision Estimator Job at Steve's Collision Center, LLC
The Collision Estimator is responsible for exceptional customer service and professional interaction with Insurance Companies to ensure a smooth repair process. Working knowledge of CCC One and Mitchell estimating systems is required. Proven relationships with Insurance Companies is encouraged. Ability to work independently and ensure timely completion of all working files is required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
- Open communication with customers, Insurance Companies, technicians and support staff.
- Evaluation of the vehicle to determine extent of damage and repair requirements.
- Photograph the vehicle to support damage claims for Insurance Companies.
- Retain customer's signed Authorization to Repair on file.
- Work directly with Insurance Adjusters to ensure proper repair processes and payment.
- Frequently check job status and parts.
- Review file at completion of repairs.
- Deliver vehicle to customer, answer any questions and confirm customer satisfaction.
- Report daily to management.
Qualifications: Working knowledge of CCC One and Mitchell estimating systems.
- Exceptional communication and written skills.
- Prior relations with Insurance Companies.
- I-Car Training.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Team oriented.
- Bi-lingual preferable.
- Accountability, Respect, Teamwork and Passion are highly encouraged.
