IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC) Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Analyst in Fort Sill, OK

Job Responsibilities:

• ACM AAMDC Analyst to ensure the system integration, functional integration, and life-cycle system management of current and future Lower Tier, Upper Tiers, and Mission Command capabilities by developing and coordinating doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) activities.
• Current Lower Tier, Upper Tier, and Mission Command capabilities include: Patriot, PAC-3 Family of Interceptors, Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD), Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense System of Systems (AIAMD SoS) and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System.
• Future sensors, shooters, and mission command include Lower Tier AMD Sensor, future interceptors, and future launchers.
• This task requires that the THAAD Analyst to understand capability developer, doctrine developer, and training developer requirements to include user interface requirements, data exchange requirements, and interoperability exchange requirements to enable the transfer of situational awareness, tracking data, engagement status, and kill assessments between shooters, sensors, and mission command, and other Army and Joint IAMD systems and external command, control, and communications networks.
• The nature of this work will at times require quick to tight deadlines that may be days or hours from receipt of the task
• Must be able to analyze design concepts, position papers, plans, or briefings, or may be required to evaluate technical issues on short notice.

Education and General Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years with a Bachelor's Degree or ten (10) years with a Master's Degree.
• Completion of Master's/PH. D thesis or PH. D dissertation is preferred.
• Shall have at least ten (10) years of cumulative operational experience in ADA. Operational experience includes military, combat development, materiel development, or training development assignments.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working or supporting an ADA program/product/project office or combat development organization as a government civilian, military service member, or DoD funded System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contractor.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
