Commercial Cleaner Job at Mop Patrol LLC
Mop Patrol LLC is looking for a commercial cleaner to join our family in the Clermont/Groveland area. We're looking for experienced cleaners who are motivated to make money with a strong wage and profit share schedule. A good candidate will enjoy an independent lifestyle with the attention to detail and strong work ethic required for the position. You will be responsible for maintaining the client offices: Including: cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, inside window washing and general upkeep of the office areas, including bathrooms and kitchen facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience as a cleaner or janitor. Must have general liability insurance or be willing to acquire general liability insurance within one week.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized.
- Clean equipment, furniture, and other objects.
- Remove trash consistently.
- Conduct cleaning related projects.
- Communicate with management about needed cleaning supplies.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
Job Type: Full-time, part time, contract
Pay: From $15.00 to $25/hour + Residual profit share.
