Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Self-motivated and self-directed

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
