What will you do with Premier Construction & Design?

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Hands on management of design/build projects including new construction, build outs, and renovations
• Subcontractor and Vendor coordination
• Work plan development and control
• Interpret blueprints and project plans/specifications
• Coordinate and manage Inspections
• Troubleshoot/solve field issues
• Maintain and clear punch lists
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years construction experience, and 4 years of management experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
• Ability to regularly lift/manage 50 lbs
