Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Will assist the commercial sales manager in all aspects of running a successful commercial vehicle department.
• Provide a wide range of support and duties including, but not limited to, meeting & greeting customers and vendors, assisting with department traffic, data entry, file processing, filing, event planning and other tasks. Will need to exercise independent judgment; however, work under general supervision.

Individual must possess the following traits and qualifications.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and phone skills are required.
• Communicating constantly with techs, piers and customers
• Orgainzed and detail oriented.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements:

· High School graduate or GED

· Must be proficient in computers, MS Office, Word and Excel

· Type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
