POSITION
Commercial Property Manager

DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the commercial property;

  • Show and rent available commercial space;

  • Prepare lease documents/contracts and amendments;

  • Manage monthly rental collection;

  • Handle tenant relations, maintenance, and repair;

  • Review and approve purchase orders, invoices registers, and monthly financials;

  • Manage and monitor commercial property expenses;

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget;

  • Manager and mentor maintenance staff;

  • Perform other tasks as may be required by the position and/or directed by the immediate supervisor.



POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Professional Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of commercial property management experience

  • Knowledge of Yardi and/or Yardi Voyager

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized

  • Intermediate computer skills – Google Suite, MS Office

  • Ability to supervise a team

  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • California Real Estate License required
