Job Description
Are you interested in helping your community become more energy efficient? We are hiring a Community Coordinator to deliver the Save ON Energy home efficiency program in your community.
Job duties include:
- Participate in a multi-day training course
- Work directly with residents in encouraging participation and scheduling home energy audits
- Conduct a home energy audit using a downloadable app
- Install new energy-efficient products (e.g., LED light bulbs, shower heads, faucet aerators, power bars, hot water tank insulation wrap, etc.)
- Manage inventory of products shipped into the community
- Share knowledge with participants on how they can save energy to reduce their energy costs and increase the comfort of their homes
- Remove all old products for disposal and recycling
- Attend weekly virtual check-in meetings with the Program Manager
- Provide reporting and perform other duties as required
Compensation:
$25 / hour CAD
