- Develop new programs to meet community needs
- Oversee the financial aspects of the assigned programs to ensure a balanced budget
- Recruit and retain high-quality instructors and partners and monitor performance; troubleshoot as needed
- Perform human resource functions including the onboarding of new instructors
- Ensure that program/project mission, values, guidelines, policies & procedures are implemented and maintained
- Streamline program operations and revise procedures, policies, and practices as needed
- Lead communications with all program pariticpants including instructors, program students and members of the public
- Organize materials for classes, update databases, and input information into software systems and the website
- Manage all contracts and agreements
- Meet or exceed programming targets and deliver weekly programming reports
- Collaborate with other program leads as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- No experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good customer service skills.
- Resume listing experience, training and education.

The Community Education Lifelong Learning Programming Lead will manage all aspects of specific programming areas (e.g. fitness, music instruction, etc.)
HOURS: This is a part-time position with flex hours, up to 29 hours per week.
SALARY: $25.00 per hour
