Community Habilitation Counselor Job at Special Citizens Futures Unlimited
Westchester County. Weekdays 3pm-7pm. Weekend Flexible.
Salary: $19.03 per hour plus part time benefits!
Requirements:
- Fully vaccinated (COVID-19).
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must be able to attend orientation before starting official shift. This paid training is located at our main office in the Bronx.
- Personal transportation is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable with daily use of technology (ipad, computer, email, typing, phone etc).
***Must be willing to travel to our Grand Concourse admin office for hiring process***
Located in Lower Westchester/Yonkers. Hours are typically between 3pm-7pm but can vary depending on the case you are assigned. The majority of visits are made in the afternoon, evening and weekends so individuals who can work these times are especially needed.
You will be providing services to individuals with autism in their homes for a specific number of hours per week. You will be responsible for the care, goals, and supervision of the people we support and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
