Community Liaison Job at AristaCare At Manchester
The Community Liaison will collaborate with the Business Development Team on public relations, community events, physician relations, and other development initiatives. Knowledge of social media and management experience is necessary. Maintaining communication with local hospitals, the community, the ALF, and physicians. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact well with coworkers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrates the capacity to prioritize tasks/responsibilities and finish duties/projects on schedule.
Capable of effectively responding to change and managing additional tasks/projects as needed
Develops and assesses the marketing plan on a regular basis in order to make improvements.
Keeps up to date with branding and marketing
Works to open up new doors in the field.
Promotes the facility's public relations in a positive light.
Makes efficient use of all available resources.
Coordination of all internal publicity events and close collaboration with the Corporate Marketing department on event execution
Keep track of all referrals and their outcomes.
In all encounters, demonstrates an understanding of and respect for each resident's rights, dignity, and individuality.
Knowledge of HIPPA guidelines
