Job Summary:
Generate appropriate patient referrals from customers and continue to grow the number of referrals over time. Establish and maintain professional relationship with key physicians, nursing home administrators and staff, D.O.N,’s hospital personnel, etc. Represent Canon Hospice and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner. Interact with Canon Hospice patient care management and staff in a team fashion consistent with the Organization’s service and teamwork culture. Maintain standards of high quality customer services and compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines. Meet growth and development targets and actively establishes and maintains market acceptance and allegiance throughout the local service area. Manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the Company’s budget. Travel as necessary.
