New Innovative Adult Day Center Seeking a Director of Marketing/Business Development Director or Sales Executive with Previous Experience in Senior Care.

Over the next 10 years we plan to open 150 adult day “clubs” across the country! Adult day is the ultimate solution for family caregivers who need a break!
Everyday our members take a “daycation” with us, so their families can run errands, visit with friends, go to work, or pursue new hobbies. We give family caregivers peace of mind while their loved one is having the time of their life!
It truly is one of the most rewarding experiences in senior care and we are looking for someone who can help us share this solution with the world! We believe adult day is the future of senior care and can drastically change lives!
Therefore, we are seeking an advocate who can ensure that every physician/doctor’s office, case manager, social worker, discharge planner, admissions coordinator, placement agency, every assisted living and skilled nursing facility knows who we are and how we can help!!
The #1 challenge adult day faces is a lack of awareness and our goal is to change that! The top 3 responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Increasing leads and inquiries by generating awareness of adult day and our other services in the community for both Port Charlotte and Sarasota locations. This includes but is not limited to:
- ---> Hosting lunch & learns in physician offices, breakfast for Medicare home health meetings or other all stand-up meetings with healthcare organizations
- ---> Building relationships with local discharge planners, social workers and case managers
- ---> Community outreach through public speaking, presentations or other networking meetings.
- ---> Hosting events in our buildings to attract key referral partners to experience ActivAge
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with local organizations that would make ideal referral partners for adult day.
- Meet weekly with the CEO and our leadership team to assess weekly progress, track and report weekly metrics, identify missed opportunities and modify the marketing plan in rolling 30-day increments.
- After at least 90 days, begin to build a comprehensive sales manual (the Playbook) that can be given to the representatives at new franchise locations. The ultimate goal is to establish a 5-10 step plan to create a predictable referral stream for future adult day centers.

Currently, ActivAge offers both adult day services and private in-home care services in both Charlotte and Sarasota counties.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
