The Opportunity
Canyon Creek is a 237 unit community located in the heart of Austin, Texas. Offering comfort and convenience, Canyon Creek is a great place to live and work.
We are seeking a high energy Community Manager to oversee day to day operations at the community. The Community Manager is responsible for profitability, cost, control, operating budget, and management reporting, as well as supervision of property staff. They serve as the primary representative of the company to residents, staff, vendors, and the public, and are charged with maintaining Northland’s high standards of customer service and quality.
About You
Qualified candidates will have:
- 2- 3 years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience managing direct reports, including maintenance staff and contractors
- The ability and desire to sell and market the community
- Experience with Yardi software preferred
