Highland Management is expanding! We are looking for a Community Outreach Trainee in the Tampa area to assist with our client expansion goals for this year. The Community Outreach Trainee will work directly with Senior Community Outreach Managers to create customized outreach campaigns for our clients throughout the Tampa area.
Community Outreach Trainee Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales presentations to potential customers
- Learning and maintaining up to date knowledge of all of our clients services, promotions and available products
- Answer any customer questions and escalate issues as needed
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions; including questions, sales, and follow-up notes
- Participate in team meetings at our office (please note this is required)
- Other duties as assigned
Community Outreach Trainee Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least some experience in a customer service or client relations based role
- Experience in retail or hospitality a plus
- Must be able to work full time hours
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Must be able to commute to our office in the Northern Tampa area
Community Outreach Trainee Preferred Skills & Experience:
- A natural attention to detail
- Confident in your ability to keep things organized and systematic
- Comfortable working with people and naturally extroverted
- Someone who thrives in a high energy team environment
- Natural leadership skills are a plus

Pay: $44,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
