Community Sales Manager Job at Pacifica Companies
We are searching of a Dynamic Sales Manager for our recently updated Manufactured home and RV Resort in Weslaco, Texas.
Ideal candidate will be a person that is able to multitask, and handle miscellaneous reporting, reservation management and resident files. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and has an eye on the ever-changing manufactured home market in an age-qualified community, as well as someone not afraid to go after and close the sale of the manufactured home. You will be required to have a sound understanding of sales techniques, an eye for what makes a home marketable and the ability to follow up, and follow through with potential buyers to a close. As a salesperson for our team, you be responsible for:
- Helping to ensure homes are ready for sale
- Helping to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Showing homes to potential buyers and renters
- Drawing up purchase/rental agreements
- Closing sales
Additional office tasks you will be responsible for or may assist with:
- Greeting customers and giving good customer service.
- Computer and data entry, office work.
- Receiving rent payments
- Work with manager in various areas.
- Advertising, Flyers, Marketing.
The successful candidate will have sound judgment, enormous energy, enthusiasm and integrity. We work as a team, and should possess:
- A successful and proven sales history
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Self-motivation and drive
- Great people skills
- Strong computer skills
- Familiarity with Yardi/Yardi Breeze is a big plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
