*Job Title: Compliance Analyst* *General Summary: * The Compliance Analyst will assist the Compliance Officer in performing various compliance administrative duties. More specifically, the Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting with the collection and validation of lending and deposit data from various partners throughout the bank as well as general support of the compliance function. *Principal Responsibilities and Duties: * * Conduct an analysis of information pertaining to various compliance-related functions and regulations, as directed by the Compliance Officer. * Including, but not limited to, HMDA and CRA. * Assist internal and external partners with auditing functions. * Maintain relationships with internal partners to understand various data points and where the information is stored within the bank. * Remain current on regulatory environment and regulatory changes. * Understand business and regulatory requirements to ensure that functions are being performed within those requirements. * Prepares and presents a summary of finding to the Compliance Officer for review. * Assist writing procedures and disseminate information to management and employees. * Complete special projects assigned by the Compliance Officer. * Gather data and compile various reports for management and the compliance department. * Performs all other duties as assigned. *Desired Qualifications: * * 2 or more years’ experience in banking and/or compliance with a financial institution preferred. * Highly motivated business professional, able to thrive in small-team environment. * Ability to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to conduct productive communication and to effectively present oral and written communications. * Ability to demonstrate punctuality and good attendance. * Ability to follow instruction and to work both independently and within a team environment. * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Expected to exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding any duties that may be situationally assigned outside of this job description. *Position: * This is a full time position that may require minimal travel to branches located throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas.
