Drip Hydration is a mobile IV Hydration company based in Los Angeles partnered with Concierge MD LA, servicing multiple cities in California and continuously growing nationwide. As we continue to expand all over the US we are looking for a Compliance Coordinator with the day to day task to help coordinate the preparation and completion of regulatory and compliance documents. Ensures compliance documents satisfy federal, state, and local government requirements. Being a Compliance Coordinator may assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls, compliance procedures and operational processes.
The ideal candidate would have the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications, would have had experience with Google sheets/drive as well as being comfortable working on remote apps also has attention to detail, organization skills, data entry, good verbal communication with employees, capable of working with minimal supervision, multi-tasking abilities, ability to work on a deadline.

- Creating deadlines for compliance tasks
- Meeting aforementioned deadlines
- Responding to emails
- Setting up meeting with other departments to establish compliance
- Creating deadlines for partnerships with other departments
- In office; mon-fri
- Covid reporting for all cities
- General office (osha and health department; state and federal) compliance
- Analyzing compliance for all our products and services
- Weekly compliance meeting report
- Bi-weekly report on duties status
- Categorizing all compliance materials/research (i.e.logins, passwords)
- Research regarding overall compliance, regulations (all services, departments, and states)
- Track relevant law and regulation changes
- Assist with routine compliance tasks
- Creating, analyzing and managing internal and external compliance reports
- Effectively communicates compliance issues in a non-interpretive and understandable manner.
- Work with each department to support audits, monitoring, and or training needs.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines/regulations while handling confidential information discovered during screening
- Assist with data gathering and analysis for legal purposes.
- Maintain License/ (FNP/DBA) permits / CME Certificates up to date
- Research Local state laws to verify compliance on Patient Charts audits (Dr. Chrono) , Compounding Regulations , and FDA office requirements.
- Connect with HQ team as well Corp. team to ensure communication of renewal of certificates and changes in practices to comply with local laws.
- Creating processes to manage all CME requirements per states and audit websites to keep CME compliance per states
- Coordinate weekly meetings with Compliance team
- Manage and delegate tasks to team members who are helping with tasks. Provide them with feedback and constructive feedback to assure accountability.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Applicants must also provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination of condition of employment
- Strong working knowledge of an office environment including, but not limited to, typing, operation of various office machines (e.g. desktop and laptop computer, 10-key calculator, copier, FAX)
- Excellent working knowledge of software applications (i.e. MS Office, Excel, Publisher, clinical compliance platform or similar software)
- Effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks to meet established deadlines
- Easily and accurately follow instructions
- Analytical skills, detail-oriented, and discrete handling of confidential information
- Creative problem solver
- Exercise sound judgment and decision making
- Self-starter and team player who is able to work independently and in collaborative settings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of administrative support experience working in a multi-functional department

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 5x8
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Los Angeles, CA 90010: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- FDA regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
