We are seeking a highly competent and dedicated Corporate Safety and Compliance Analyst to champion our company-wide safety initiatives and compliance efforts. This role is pivotal in promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout our organization. Reporting directly to the Executive team, the Corporate Safety and Compliance Analyst will ensure the health and safety of all employees while also managing our safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with various safety platforms.

Responsibilities:

Champion firm-wide safety initiatives and ensure they are effectively implemented at all regional levels, with a particular focus on continuous improvement of the company's Experience Modification Rate (EMR) and other safety KPIs.

Maintain company-level safety compliance software platforms such as Avetta and ISNetworld.

Work closely with brokers and vendors to secure the best insurance packages and handle all insurance renewals.

Develop and execute OSHA-compliant safety reward programs to incentivize safe workplace practices like good housekeeping, near miss reporting, and active participation in safety culture.

Compile, analyze, and organize all safety-related data, such as near misses, recordable injuries, total manhours, etc., into comprehensive reports and dashboards for executive review.

Oversee and manage to completion all workers' compensation, general liability, and automotive insurance claims.

Serve as a mentor and guide to regional safety managers, assisting them in managing day-to-day duties and ensuring all safety protocols are upheld.

Regularly conduct unscheduled site visits to check in on frontline employees and regional safety managers, reinforcing the importance of safety protocols and ensuring compliance.

Respond promptly and efficiently to any complex safety situations that arise, implementing solutions that prioritize employee safety, comply with all regulations, and minimize costs impacting safety scores or experience ratings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is highly desirable.

Proven experience in project management, ideally within a safety-related role.

Demonstrated experience with safety compliance software platforms such as Avetta and ISNetworld.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others and promote a safety-conscious culture.

Exceptional organizational and systematic skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable format.

A valid driver's license for site visits.

The Corporate Safety and Compliance Analyst is a salaried, exempt position.
