The Game Day Staff members of the Clearwater Threshers play a key role in creating the best experience for our guests from the moment they enter the stadium until the moment they leave.

We currently have PART TIME opportunities available for the 2022 season. These positions will provide you the opportunity to gain valuable work experience while working in a fun, fast-paced environment! We are looking for RELIABLE individuals who will show up to work when they say they will work!

General job functions:

• Provide world class customer service to enhance the guest experience
• Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
• Understand and enforce all facility policies and procedures
• Exhibit a fun, friendly fan service-oriented attitude and professional appearance at all times
• Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas, concession stands, and restrooms

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be neat and presentable at all times
• Must be able to stand for long periods of times
• Must be available to work nights and weekends

The team will be hiring for the following positions:

Cashier - Operate all aspects of the register, including cash and card transactions. Maintain an accurate cash drawer, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for by the end of the shift.

Food Runner - Deliver food and beverage items to the cashier for orders purchased by fans.

Prep - Prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to concession specifications. Follow all standards to ensure food safety for our fans.

Grill Cook - Prepare food on the grill (menu depending) The grill cook monitors the meat’s temperature to ensure it is cooked safely. Required to clean and sanitize the grill and work area.

Warehouse Runner - Receive, arrange and store incoming deliveries. Stock all stands to par. Keep the warehouse area neat and clean. Must be able to bend, lift, and carry up to 50lbs. Daytime and Night shifts available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
