Responsibilities

-Responsible for assisting guests throughout their stay as a first point of contact.

-Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

-Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

-Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

-Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages

-Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their vacation is key to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

-Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

- This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb

-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

- Fluent in English an requirement and a second language is encouraged.

• This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa. Candidates must possess valid US work authorization.
