Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) www.ctec-corp.com is a CMMI Level III company that has provided technology and management solutions to commercial and government clients across the USA for 25 years. We are currently looking for a Configuration Manager to join our team.

The configuration manager will provide the overall Configuration Management (CM) infrastructure and environment to the product development team. The CM function supports the product development activity (Design, Development, Test, Deployment, and Maintenance) so that developers and integrators have appropriate workspaces to build and test their work, and so that all artifacts are available for inclusion in the deployment unit as required. This position is to ensure that the CM environment facilitates product review, and change and defect tracking activities. In addition, the CM is responsible for writing the CM Plan, reporting progress statistics based on change requests, and has experience working with updated, modern development tools.

Experience designing and working with modern Continues integration and deployment solutions. (6 year or more)

• Working knowledge of continuous delivery using tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins and Docker and Hands-on expertise in DevOps or CI/CD tools, like Jenkins, Maven, Git.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools (scripting skills in Python).
• Communicate with developers to manage the continuous building of the product release, ensuring the compiler versions are up-to-date, working with a build technology (either inside or outside of the CM technology), establishing a build process, and the ability to improve the build process.
• Ability to prepare CM technology and process training for users and the ability to deliver the training effectively.
• Document configuration management and quality control plan

Additional Requirements

• Configure, Deploy and test all APIs to CACE Dev, SAT, pre-prod and prod environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues in CACE CI/CD pipeline and environment.
• Work with OIT, CME, ENTSD and CBP NOC to address network and environment configuration requests and to obtain answers to relevant technical questions.
• Manage version and change control.
• Create and maintain configuration management documentation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of database(s): SQL Server
• Knowledge of Salesforce

Education:

• BS in Computer Science or related field

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be clearable
• CBP clearance (highly preferred)
