Our company is hiring a Laborer to join our team. We are looking for a person who is able to follow through with projects, be efficient and hardworking, and has an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will work well both independently and as part of a team, and will be capable of doing detailed work on the job site.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning an office
- Mowing/maintaining the yard at the business
- Picking up trash in the yard at the business
- Watering plants
- Setting up furniture
- Changing lock sets
- Posting notices for tenants
- Carrying construction materials
- Taking photos / videos of units
- Use equipment, such as shovels, wheelbarrows and hand tools
- Dig holes and trenches for construction projects.
- Communicate with office staff & construction workers and supervisors
- Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies
- Clean up site after construction project is completed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
