Defender Services, a company specializing in hiring workers for companies that do construction related work, is seeking CONSTRUCTION WORKERS for a facility in PLEASANT VIEW, TN. Call our office for more information. 931-919-6034
Shift: Monday through Friday 6:30AM to 4:30PM Some overtime available on weekends
Duties:
- Working outside in all types of weather at residential and commercial sites
- Using all types of hand tools and equipment

- Paid on the Job Training so NO EXPERIENCE is required
- Work for Defender for 90 days to receive training. Upon completion of all training satisfactory, you transfer to a United Structural Systems employee earning higher pay and increases in benefits.
Requirements:
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
- Preferably have a valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift and carry 95 pounds.
- Able to work overtime. Crews work Monday through Friday
- Daily attendance is a priority
- Ability to work with a 4 to 5 member team successfully
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
