Tampa Marcite is a family owned and operated swimming pool remodeling company in Lutz, Florida. We are currently looking to expand our team.
You will work with a small, hard-working team of professionals to remodel swimming pools for our customers throughout the Hillsborough County area. As a pool construction laborer, you will be part of our team working in the hole to remodel and re-tile pools with the best quality, in addition to driving our concrete truck.
Each job-site is unique in it's scope of work. Each job requires focus on quality, detail, and pride. General mechanical knowledge is helpful but not necessary. Must have a valid driver's license, ability to drive manual transmission, and lift 50 lbs. Integrity, and reliability a Must.
Tasks include:
- Material / Equipment Handling- Daily loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Operating Mortar Mixer, Pumps, Pressure Washer, or Hand-tools as necessary for each job
Working hours are generally from 6:00am to 2:00pm.
Starting pay from $20-$50/hr depending on experience.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
